I would like to calculate the concentrations of Provitamin D3, Previtamin D3, Lumisterol, Tachysterol and Toxisterols from a UV light spectrum. I am not working in this field, this is just a hobby project - so I do not have a counterpart for discussions nor the specialized education apart from a PhD in physics in a completely different topic.

My results qualitatively reproduce Figure 4 in this paper, but I do not get it fully matching. I made some assumptions regarding units. Is there someone who could look into my implementation or my thoughts about the paper summarized in a few powerpoint slides or point me to a paper or textbook article, that can help me further?
