Unfortunately, I don't know of a suitable instrument. Thematically, however, a diagnostic instrument that can analyse the mentalisation ability would be helpful. Mentalising in particular is linked to the concept of awareness. Social and emotional learning (SEL) instruments could also be very helpful, they are usually evidence-based. The Harvard CASEL model also focuses on self-awareness. Here, too, mentalising is an important concept that was developed in Peter Fonagy's research group in London and is becoming established.
