How to measure telomerase activities in TISSUE?

Can anyone recommend a protocol to measure the telomerase activity in tissue samples? Before I was able to measure telomerase activity in cell populations using a telomerase activity measurement kit from ScienCell. It worked well but the kit does not work for tissue samples. If you know a kit or a protocol that can work for fresh cut and FFPE tissue samples, please let me know.

You can go for TRAPeze Telomerase Detection Kit Cat # S7700 (40 reactions) by Millipore. This kit can be used for fresh cut tissues. This kit measures telomerase activity and is based on the improved version of the original method described by Kim et.al (Science, 266: 2011-2014).
