Yes, the Chemdraw app can do it; simply draw a two-dimensional structure first, then convert it to a three-dimensional structure if desired.

Obtaining the unit cell of Ag and growing it in X and Y directions (using VMD or VESTA) wouldn't be easier than drawing the NP (2D) and then converting it to a 3D structure?
