For conformal Mesh In design modeller we make our all bodies to "form a new part" and the meshing is done conformal. For using space claim how to "form a new part" for multiple bodies for the conformal mesh?

In Ansys SC, you have to put all solid bodies under one part name first. After that if you just select that part you can see a option called shared topology on left bottom side of your screen. Use merge option there. With this the meshed geometry will share same nodes at the interaction and you wont loose continuity.

Yes more or less they serve same purpose but merge are generally used in CFD analysis for checking some intersection between bodies as well.
For your problem share would be better option i suppose.
