I am currently working on the production of EPS, I would like to know how to obtain the value of 0 g/L of EPS at 0 hours, because when quantifying EPS by the Dubois method I always obtain an absorbance reading at time 0, by what the production kinetics are not like those shown in articles. The intended uni is g/L (which is the weight per volume), therefore you need to use the gravimetric method to calculate EPS production in g/L and EPS productivity in g/L/day.
