How to make 5M solution of betaine?

I want to prepare 5M solution of betaine monohydrate, but it is insoluble in this concentration. Interestingly, tha Sigma datasheet says: "This product is soluble in water (50 mg/ml), yielding a clear,colorless solution; 5 M solutions of betaine in water are available". 50mg/ml would roughly make 427 millimolar, which is far from 5M.
