Dear researchers,

May I know how to make 10N of NaCl solution?

I used the equation below :

To prepare 10mL of 10N of NaCl,

Weight(g)= Normality (N) x Equaivalent weight of substances x volume of water added (L)

= 10 x 40 (molecular weight of NaCl) x 0.01

= 4g

So, 4g of NaCl is needed to dissolve in 10mL of water to give 10N NaCl.

Am I right?

Thank you.
