I have transfected the HEK 293T cells with plasmid having fluorescent protein expression. After sorting the positive cells (cells having fluorescent protein expression), i want to isolate the plasmid from HEK 293T. I am looking for a manual protocol that can be helpful for this purpose. Thanks

If it is integrated to the genome this it's very difficult like stable cell. But if transfect transient the. It's easy so first tell me which one it is.
Alderson Joshi thank you for your response. Its not integrated in genome. Its maintained in cells independently of genome integration.
