I am trying to test whether two drugs have synergy in inhibiting cancer cells using SynergyFinder. I would like to know how one should interpret the results after the syngergy score is calculated. Is there a cut off value that is commonly used in the field, such as

Actually, the user guide available on the website (https://synergyfinder.fimm.fi/synergy/synfin_docs/#datanal) explains how to interpret the final score.
It says " The summary synergy scores can be interpreted as the average excess response due to drug interactions (i.e. synergy score of 15 corresponds to 15% of response beyond expectation). There is no particular treshold to define a good synergy score. However, based on our experience, the synergy scores near 0 gives limited confidence on synergy or antagonism. So when synergy score:
