I use the typical syringe pumps to load organoids (200-300 um in diameter) into my device; however, I don't see them in the chip!

I swapped them with beads (similar size) instead and observed that 99% of the beads were stuck in the syringe. During the injection procedure, I assume the beads/organoids sediment in the syringe and stick to the plastic.

It seems like agitation is required during the injection procedure to prevent sedimentation, but that doesn't seem practical with the syringe pumps. Since I don't have many organoids available, I have to use every single one😊
