I want to study the effects of non-canonical WNT signaling inhibition on a human cell line I have. I know it must be done either by a small molecule or siRNA but the problem is that all I could find was small molecules like IWP2 that inhibit both canonical and non-canonical at the same time.
Is there any way to inhibit these two separately?

There are several ways to inhibit beta-catenin-dependent WNT signaling. You can inhibit the pathway at the receptor level (i.e. LRP6 by DKK1) or block the interaction of beta-catenin with TCF/LEF transcription factors with small molecules. At which level you want to inhibit the pathway depends on your research question. Do you study endogenous WNT signaling or do you add WNT ligands as treatment to your cells? Inhibition of solely non-canonical WNT signaling is more difficult and requires thorough understanding to the molecular signaling events you want to investigate. There are several comprehensive review articles about how to influence WNT signaling with pharmacological tools.
