i have tried various doses from reported literature such as 12 mcg/mL for 12 h. i have moved to 12-48 mcg/ml for 24 h. No effect on cell viability via MTT is seen. I am using LPS from E.coli.

Cell culture
Human keratinocyte HaCaT cells
Cell model established
LPS and NGR1 were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA). Then, NGR1 was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and diluted into different concentrations (10, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 μM) in preparation for the subsequent experiments.
Cultured cells were exposed with different concentrations of LPS (0, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 μM) for 6 h. The cultured cells were treated with NGR1 in the same medium as before for 24 h.
Cell viability assay
3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2Htetrazolium bromide MTT (Sigma) was used to determine the cell viability according to the manufacturer’s instruction.

i saw this article before. i am not sure if I can take LPS in molar concentration since it does not come with a defined molecular weight. Do you have any insights on that?
