How to Induce inflammation invitro in H460 cells?

I need to induce inflammation model invitro in H460 cells. I did I duce cells with 20ugper ml and 40ug per ml for 24 and 48hrs do not see any increase in cytokines il6 il8 il1b and TNFa. Please, help me in this it sounds crazy as literature says 10ug is enough to induce cytokines invitro but I don't see any hike.
