Mouse MSCs not expressing TSG-6 on cytokine stimulation?

I am using mouse bone marrow derived MSCs (passgae 3-6) for my in vitro cytokine priming experiment. My basal media is 2% FBS-DMEM. I am using 10 ng/ml TNF-a, or IFN-g or both for 24 hours. I see around 200 fold increase in IDO-1 mRNA expression for doubly primed MSCs. Yet, I see no changes in TSG-6 mRNA in any of the groups with respect to control.
