Hi all, do anyone know how can I get the Ramachandran plot statistics below the interactive plot? I used the SAVES- Ramachandran Plot software (http://services.mbi.ucla.edu/SAVES/Ramachandran/) but I only managed to get the graph without any statistic as shown in the red box below (the photo is obtained from other article). Anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks!

You can also use the MolProbity webserver to get these numbers. WHAT_CHECK will give you an overall Z-score of Ramachandran plot quality rather than a 3- or 4-tier description of good, normal, passable and bad. For PDB entries this dat is already available from PDBe (e.g. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/entry-files/download/1cbs_validation.xml) and from the PDBREPORT and PDB_REDO databanks.
