I have synthesized copper nanoparticles and characterized them through XRD. I need to interpret the XRD data so that I can get an information about the structure. Is there any online software that can be used or is there any database so that I can compare the XRD peaks with that database?
You mean the XRD library?Actually, the software you can use is MDI Jade 5.0, but you have to pay for it. So, I often use this link:

You have to check all by yourself, but it's almost sufficient and totally free.

I have already got the XRD data with me. I mean peak data. From that data, I need to check the crystalline structure. Is there any free software available or any XRD database so that I can match the data in the peaks with the database to get the structure?
you can use X'PERT high score software which is commonly used for XRD data analysis. Here, you can compare your peaks position of the standard peaks of your material. you can analyse your XRD data completly here if you can't then sent me your XRD data i wl help you on this regard
