Unfortunately, there is no quick and easy answer to your question. However, because of your ‘demand’ to go for journals with a 6+ NAAS score it narrows down the search somewhat. The thing is that the NAAS score is calculated according to: NAAS score = 6 + IF.
In other words, all journals with a real impact factor fulfil your requirement. Your approach can be:
-Search for subscription-based journals (they are mostly free of charge)
-Search for APC free open access journals. As indicated https://doaj.org/ might be helpful. If you search for agriculture, it renders 833 journals. If you then select Without APC’s, it renders 447 journals. A quick look at https://www.researchgate.net/post/Scientific_Journals_with_Open_Access_and_no_APC_free_charges_for_authors might help as well.
-Check whether the journal has an impact factor
All serious and legit journals mention the impact factor on their website but since there are fake impact factors out there you need to do a final check here https://mjl.clarivate.com/home (when journal is SCIE indexed the IF is legit) or check enclosed file.
