I a trying to generate mice Dendritic cells those will induce T cells into Th1 or Th2 or Th17 or Treg population..what should be the induction cocktail for DCs to get each of these desired T cell population after Dc-T cell co-culture? Is there any established protocol for such experiment?

Thank you Latifa..but it is for human DCs..it will be helpful if I get similar protocol for mice DC generation..because I am facing some problem using this protocol for mice cells..
