Hi! My lab has recently purchased the immortalised human mast cell line (LUVA). We have reached out to the supplier but have yet to receive a response so I thought I might get some advice on here.

1. Are we correct in thinking these LUVA cells are adherent cells (as mentioned by a different supplier, ABM)?

2. What is meant by KeraFAST when they say "cells grow best when flask is left upright"? Am I meant to leave the T75 flask upright rather than with its adherent wall on the bottom like we usually do?

Thank you!
