Trying to find then in LRPAP1 gene.
You can do simple sangers sequencing if you want to find unknown SNPs. If it is well known SNP then you can try ARMS PCR or RFLP.
Go for target gene sequencing followed by variant calling, genotype calling variant annotation. Let me know if you need any support for target sequencing? Best!!
