Greetings everyone!
For a publication I want to include analyses of pathogenic variants found in several genes (e.g. BRCA1/BRCA2) with regard to location and frequency. Thus, for the figures, I would like to add the location of exons and domains of these genes to the frequency distribution.
Is there a resource to easily find genomic locations of exons of specific genes and transcript IDs?

you can go to the UCSC (https://genome.ucsc.edu) where the genome browser will help you to find your requests (just take car of the genome version and cite it in your paper). there are lot of tools and you'll need to navigate but you'll be impressed.

Try UCSC genome browser, it will help you locate the exon locations as well as sizes within a gene and much more and much more. It summarizes the transcript information and makes it easy to perceive. Has so many other applications as well.
Thank you Frederic Lepretre, Neha Garg & Fatima Mohsin for your answers! I have also had a look at UCSC, however I have aronud 750 variants and would like - if possible - to automate the process.
I saw there are certain command line and MySQL tools on UCSC, but I am unsure which one would be the correct one for my project.
