Hi all,

I have a set of SNP and SilicoDArT marker data. The SNP points of SNP markers were already provided by the GBS company (Such as G>T). However, the SNP change points (allele change, such as A to T) of SilicoDArT markers were not available. I only have a short sequence of the related SilicoDArt markers. For example, a part of a sequence of a marker such as "TGCAGGGCTCGATGGGTAGCGACGGCTAGGGTTGGGAGGGGCTCGGGGAGGAGAGGAGAGTGGACGGGT" but I don't know where the changed allele point is. Does anyone have experience with how to find the exact allele change in such a short sequence?

PS: I could not find it in the BLAST sites such as NCBI, URGI, USDA, etc.

Thanks in advance

Ugur
