I am working on composite polymer electrolytes. I have prepared one. It includes sodium perchlorate as a sodium source, polyethylene oxide (Mw: 10^6), and NASICON for enforcing elastic moduli. I have obtained a smooth pattern of the semicircles. But I couldn't establish an equivalent circuit. I use Zview 4. The results which are provided by the Gamry framework have demonstrated 1090 Ohm. However, the Zview has pointed out 1658 Ohm from the Zview 4 Data Values tab. It has shown that the R1 has an error with a 152 % error rate.

Is a deeper adjustment of fit parameters required?

Should I delete Spike data?

Or should I use the Warburg element in the equivalent circuit?

How should we choose capacitance and CPE elements?

I added the screenshots about the problem.

Thank you in advance.
