XPS may help you analysis the element content of your coating, and you can use FT-IR and NMR to speculate their structure.

Jawid Aba It depends on both the nanoparticle and the biomolecule, but in addition to the aforementioned, you can use Uv-vis, fluorescence, TGA or by zeta potential measurements.
