Dear Javed, different protocols exist to prepare nanoparticles for TEM analysis. Briefly, very suitable and simple way is this when you prepare suspension, then drop a microquantity of it on standard (ususally copper) TEM grid, covered by carbon film and finally dry the grid for 24 hours in pure embience (for example in petry dish). Succes!
