Hi Javed, one possibility is to use Chromatography. The smaller particles are more mobile in a liquid so pass through the "stationary phase" quicker.

I can't say I have experience in the separation I'm afraid, but I would suspect it would be hard to get good separation between the sizes, and may cause irreversible agglomeration.

Its fine. You mean that its not possible to separate the particles in the mentioned range or you mean it will leads towards degradation?

I mean that if you centrifuge you may simply end up with a solid plug of nanoparticles, and be unable to get them back into suspension.

But I think if the rpm is low. I think small size NPs will not precipitate. isn,t it?. I think they will not precipitate and will not end up with solid plug.

Ah ok, I don't know.
