I have recorded the cyclic voltammogramms for both modified and bare electrode. The study has been performed considering different parameters like effect of pH, concentration and scan rate. The obtained results found considerably good.
I want to know how the accuracy and precision can be obtain using the same.

You are looking for an analytical parameter so you need an analytical measurement. Try to do a calibration curve with both electrodes (in the optimal conditions) and see which yields a better result. The best way is to measure not only lab good samples but also a real sample (for example in tap water ) and compare to another method like AA

it might be that the method you use (cyclic voltammetry) is not really optimal to investigate the physical/electrochemical properties of your electrodes (glassy carbon). I can not really help if you do not give me information. ..." accuracy and precision of WHAT in relation to your glassy carbon electrode ?

In order to determine the accuracy of your modified electrode you need to perform a calibration curve to know the linear range of concentration, the LOD of your electrodes. Then try to work in real samples spiking a known amount of your analyte and compare the obtained results with those obtained already.
