How to find out the leakage current density and trap state densities for perovskite solar cells?

Hi All,

I have developed Pb free perovskite solar cells and the performance was checked by measuring J-V analysis under i sun conditions. I want to calculate the eakage current density and trap state densities for the recorded J-V curves. Please help me out to get this.
