I have done the EIS analysis for the perovskite solar cell device having MA3Bi2I9 as light absorber. I need to calculate the recombination resistance and electron life time. Can someone please help me the way to calculate these two parameters. Which software or model we can use to fit the data? I have also attached the EIS figure.

You can fit the complex impedance by two series rc circuits where each rc circuit represent a specific junction of the solar cell. I would expect that metal contact junction and active perovskite junction. The one of high values may be of the metal contact junction and that of the smaller values is that of the active perovskite junction.
After drawing the two half circles you can extract their small signal resistance and its minority carrier life time by the method indicated in the paper: a distributed SPICE model of a solar cell that you can download it from the link: Article A distributed SPICE-model of a solar cell
