I have done cyclic voltammetry analysis for methanol oxidation using graphene/SrZrO3 composite and it shows excellent oxidation current as compared to the pristine graphene or srzro3. Now i need to calculate the electrochemical active surface area for the glassy carbon electrode. Can we calculate for this ECSA for GCE? Which equation we can use to calculate?
Randles Sevcik analysis is a good option if you know the diffusion coefficient which should be available in literature. Also you can try measuring the double layer capacitance of your electrode in a suitable electrolyte from which you can calculate the electrochemically active surface area.

Are you looking at methanol in aqueous solution? Such information should be available in literature.
If diffusion coefficient is not known, there is probably a few ways of figuring it out, but I haven't had much experience with that, so I can't offer much help.

The electrochemical active surface area (ECSA) of the catalystcan be determined using
following equation:
ECSA = QH/210.m
Where, QH is the total charge concerning H+ adsorption, μC/cm2
m is the electrode loading of Pt, g/cm2
But in this eqn i dont know how to check the total charge concerning H+ adsorption, μC/cm2??
