How to find centreline of choroidal blood vessels from 2D segmented choroid layer and its vessel sections in OCT B scans?

Available 2D segmented choroid layer and its segmented vessel sectional information from OCT-B scans volumetric data. Now the objective is to find the vessel centreline tracks from the centroids computed for all vessel sections in the volume, But it doesn't yield continuous tracks having a lot of discontinuities. Looking for any idea for how to overcome this.
