Yeah, didn't find better alternative than trizol among studies yet. We really don't wan't to dissolve the PCL in the solution

Thanks a lot! Previously we only use trizol for cells in only gels. For cells on PCL scaffold we previously used RLT. So we just wondered if PCL dissolve gives interference. But thanks that now we don't need to worry about it!
