Hi, I am running a titration of QAC with sodium tetraphylborate using autotitrator from Metrohm. The titrator identifies multiple end point with different ERC value.
Would like to know which EP should be the correct end point (please refer to the pdf)? As far I know the true end point always have the highest ERC value
I don't know what's the standard here, but obviously your result is between 3.0 and 3.4 mL. Possibly, this is not precise enough (+/- 7 %). I have the impression that the concentration of your titrant is too high (relatively to the analyte concentration). That's why you only need a low volume, but it also causes a bad titration curve (resulting in more than one EP) and high uncertainty, as the mixing takes too much time. Maybe try lower titrant concentrations for better results.
