HOW CAN I EXTRACT NODAL AND ELEMENTAL DATA FROM ANSYS TO BE USED IN MATLAB.
FOR EXAMPLE I MAKE A 2-D PLATE AND MESH IT I WILL GET NODAL CO-ORDINATES AND ELEMENT NUMBERS e.g.

Quick update, in case someone wants to get the nodal coordinates easily:
First, you must enable it at: Tools -> Options -> Mechanical -> Export -> Include Node Location
Then, just run any simulation with deformation results, for example. And then right-click the results, and export them to a text file.

@Rishabh on the navigation bar u can find nodal data and elemental data option it will generate a notepad file u can copy it and use it
You can get under 'List' option from ANSYS Menu bar.
Main menu > List > Nodes > (Coordinates only)
Main menu > List > Elements > Nodes+Attributes

You can extract from FE Element Modeler in workbanch, you give the mesh file .msh or .meshdat and in the FE Modeler you heve all the mesh informations. You can find FE on toolbox.
Once in your mesh in is the FE modeler how would you extract the nodal data for MATLAB processing (i.e. how do you create a CSV or TXT file with the relevant data?) - working with ANSYS 18/19

An easy way is to create a named selection for all of your nodes, create a named selection for all of your elements, then right click on your named selection and export to .txt
1- Select the desired nodes using NSEL
2- General Postproc -----> list results -----> nodal solutions
