Hi, my problem is that i'm using actin as a housekeeping/reference gene for my real time PCR assays and its Ct are not stable as i would wish they were. So i started using another gene, EIF4, as a housekeeping/reference gene and the real time results between actin and EIF4 are very different. My question is if it's posible to measure the relative expression of genes respect two housekeeping genes at the same time.
