1. which is the most recent and effective method for removal of fungal contamination inside the clean room? Is it Fumigation or Fogging?
2. I am getting the same fungal growth inside clean room from past 3 months. I have tried with Fogging method. But still i get fungal contamination. Can anyone help me please?

If the cleanroom has been disinfected on numerous occasions and you are still seeing fungal growth, it is time you look at your HVAC supply and return plenums.
Verify your HVAC at the source, filter compartments, motor compartments and supply ducting. Verify your humidification compartment and clean accordingly on a monthly schedule. Verify your HEPA filters, verify pre-HEPA and post HEPA and grill. Verify your return plenum and take samples of the above aforementioned locations. When is the last time you had your plenums cleaned and disinfected? Keep me posted.
