How to emulsified Diesel into a medium for fungi?

I am working on field of bioremediation and currently i have some problems with the correct form to emulsified an hydrocarbon like Diesel into a fungal medium (solid and liquid).

Could someone send me papers or protocol for to do that?.

Really i have problems.

Furthermore i tried two methods.

First methot is with Tween 80, but I have no idea what concentration I have to use it at.

The second method is with Ketone and Tween 80 and also i have the same problem mentioned above.
