PDMS, due to having low glass transition temperature and short-length chains, cannot be electrospun in neat form, and often requires to be blended with another polymer. polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) are commonly used for this purpose.
