I started the limonene oxidation process inside an autoclave at 150 Celsius Degree, TBHP as initiator, solvent: ethanol. However, the GC-MS showed the oligomerization of TiO2. As far as I know, TiO2 has a very weak acidic strength, how could that still happen? And can you please give me some advises to eliminate the oligomerization? Thank you.
