When using an RNA extraction kit, we consistently encounter the issue of genomic DNA residuals. Despite using DNase treatment, we never seem to fully eliminate the contamination, which suggests it might be a concentration-related problem. Additionally, we have difficulty sourcing an RNase-free DNase, which complicates the process.

Has anyone experienced similar challenges?

How do you ensure complete removal of genomic DNA from your RNA samples? Also, do you have any reliable sources for RNase-free DNase that you've had success with?
