I would like to ask you, in Fluent Multi-phase flow (Eulerian),
How secondary phase block primary phase ?
If my have very high fraction of secondary phase, the primary will be blocked or change the direction or velocity.
Anyone can explain mechanism or physics underlying this situation?

What are your primary and secondary phase volume fractions and velocities at the inlet boundary?

1) Your question is not much specific to give a specific discussion. For example, you should specify the secondary phase is solid or fluid with a high viscosity, which can give high friction to the primary phase. Then, it also depends on how much volume fraction of secondary phase and velocities of each phase.
2) For example, if the secondary phase is solid and its volume fraction is high, the velocity and flow direction of primary phase (let say liquid) can be locally affected by blockage of secondary phase. But it will be surely affected by the friction of surface of solid suspended in the flow. For this case, you should read about solid-liquid flow.
3) Then, if the secondary phase is high viscous fluid, for example, oil and gas, the gas velocity is high, oil velocity is low. For that condition, there will be a high interface friction between two fluid layers. If the original flow pattern is stratified flow, even Kelvin–Helmholtz instability can occur. Kelvin–Helmholtz instability occurs due to a high friction between two fluid layers. You can simulate this phenomneon in FLUENT.

in fluent we define a intinal volume fraction for the secondary phase(Multiphase-Eulerian) and solve a equation for it. How can i get the volume fraction of each cell of the secondary phase in UDF
