Although I watched all the videos about Bland Altman plot in SPSS, I could not find any information regarding how to use this statistics in multiple replicates for each method. Hope someone can help me to do this in Excel or SPSS.

Elif it is not very easy to draw a BA plot in SPSS. I recommend R for this.

Victor Casero–Alonso No I haven't. Actually I was thinking to use the mean of measurements but still I am not hundred percent sure if it is suitable for my data.
I mean, in SPSS you can do an analysis, graph or task directly or by syntax. When you are in a dialog box, instead of pressing the "execute" button you can press "paste", which opens a new window with the syntax used by SPSS to perform this task.
Then, you can use the code to repeat the analysis at any time or modify it for other variables ...
It requires some basic fundamentals about programming.

The better way to perform this analysis will depend of your dataset organization. If your data are as stacked the way is different from non-stacked structure (records in line). Maybe you could share a little part of your dataset to clarify your demand... You can use SPSS to run Bland-Altman from both dataset formats

The answer depends also on your aims of analysis. What exactly do you want to do? Do you just need to draw a BA plot?
