Hi,

I am trying to dissolve Sodium hyaluronate, 95% in water with a concentration of 2.7% (w/v). However, it gets gel instead. So far, I have tried elevated temperature water bath (around 40 degrees), bath sonication (30 min), and tip sonication. None of these worked. Do you have any suggestions? Can water/ethanol be used as a solvent to increase the solubility?

Thank you!
