How to dissolve Pentachloronitrobenzene?

Pentachloronitrobenzene is used to prepare the "Nash & Snyder" media to isolate the Fusarium. But this is not dissolving in 75% ethanol and distilled water (Normal and hot both). So Please help me with your experience for dissolving and preparation of "Nash & Snyder" media.
