How to dissolve dry propolis ethanolic extract in DMSO ?

If I have a dry ethanolic extract of propolis (after rotary evaporation)

How to dissolve it in DMSO ? which concentration of the extract is needed in DMSO in order to be dissolved?

And after dissolving it .. I will need to dilute it later on to use it in broth microdilution for bacteria.. will it precipitate in the solution ?

Because I see some people say that it precipitate with dilution .. so how to solve this problem when using in for broth microdilution ?
