How to display double labeled cells only on ImageJ?

Hi all,

I have 2 stacks of images taken on light sheet microscope, one for each channel of labeled neurons. I merged the 2 stacks on ImageJ, using Image-color-merge, and now I have 1 composite stack with 2 colors. Is there a way for me to edit the new stack to show only double labeled neurons?

If you really used a composite stack, you should be able to switch on or off each of the channels.

Use: Image/Color/Channel Tool

select the channel that should be switched on or off.
