I have a group of PDXs models derived from the same patient. I want to know if the results between differents mice with the same treatment have significant difference or not. The analysis of 3 different mouse with the same tumor and same treatment would be paired-test or unpaired-test?

Paired 2 tailed t tests are only if you were acquiring the data in the same mouse.
T test only compares 2 group, but you don't have groups at the moment. If i understood properly you want to compare 1 vs 1 vs 1. There is no stats for n=1. What you should do with your animals if they all have the same condition, is do the average and SD. It won't tell you if they are different, they just represent the variability you have in this condition.

i have two groups, one with X treatment and the other one with B treatment. I hace 5 mice per group. All of them derived from the same patient, they have the same tumor but different treatment. Between them, I need to use paired or unpaired test?
To compare treatments, use an unpaired t test (though your sample size is small, you might want to do a non-parametric test instead, such as Mann Whitney).
