How to differentiate embryogenic callus and non-embryogenic callus with out microscopic study ?

Hi, I want to know explanation about the embryogenic and non-embryogenic callus in okra, so how can differentiate that is this embryogenic or non embryogenic callus? about color , structure, morphology ? so kindly help me about it ( if you have related papers then kindly give its reference to me , i shall be thanks to you )
