which software is easy and best to use for SEM, scanning electron microscopy images analysis ..
such as for stomata area. trichome length. trichome tickness. fruit peel different layers.
etc
For finding particle size from SEM image of my naoparticles, I have used ImageJ, an opensource software. It is easy to use.
Aji Udhaya P i have downloaded Image J , so mostly the size is measured in Pixel? um? mm ? for stomata or other microscopy images
The most simple software is ImageJ, which is an oped access software and have suitable accuracy.
Hafiz Muhammad Rizwan you can set scale from your image and measure the grain size accurately and also you can plot histogram using any Origin software
I suggest you the motic image software for measuring the cell organs size. This are used in new articles.
Ahmad Ajani Thanks for your sharing
i will check it
Thank again
